THE WOMAN BEHIND THE METHOD
Style has always been my world.
Women became my purpose.
I’m a Brazilian-born stylist based on the Gold Coast, with more than a decade of experience across fashion, design, retail and personal styling.
WHERE IT BEGAN
For years, I thought my work was mainly about clothes.
Understanding proportions, colours, wardrobes and creating beautiful outfits.
But working closely with women taught me something much more important.
They knew what suited them.
Sometimes they even had a wardrobe full of beautiful pieces.
BEYOND WHAT TO WEAR
Beautiful clothes don’t always change the way we see ourselves.
I would style women who looked incredible from the outside, yet something still didn’t quite connect when they looked in the mirror.
They had the “right” clothes.
But they didn’t necessarily feel like themselves.
And that made me realise that the most important part of personal style wasn’t hanging inside the wardrobe.
It was the woman standing in front of it.
LIFE CHANGED ME, TOO
Then I became one of those women.
Motherhood, moving countries, changing careers and simply growing into a different version of myself changed me too.
My body changed. My lifestyle changed. My priorities changed.
At some point, I had to ask myself the same questions I had heard from so many women:
Who am I now?
Does the way I dress still represent her?
I didn’t need to become someone new.
I needed to understand the woman I had become.
A DIFFERENT WAY TO STYLE
That changed the way I style women.
Today, I still believe in the technical side of styling - proportion, colour, fit, wardrobe and visual harmony.
But I don’t believe that’s where style should begin.
I believe it begins with you.
THE FOUNDATION
Who you are.
How you live.
How you see yourself.
How you want to feel.
And what you want your clothes to communicate without saying a word.
That philosophy became the foundation of the Inside Out Styling Method™ - my approach to helping women understand themselves first, so getting dressed becomes an expression of who they are rather than another set of rules to follow.
